By accessing or using mytradecalcid.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Nature of the service
MyTradeCalc ID provides free, browser-based forex calculation tools designed for retail traders with ZAR-denominated accounts. The calculators produce mathematical outputs based on the values you enter and live exchange rates sourced from the European Central Bank (ECB).
The outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are arithmetic results, not trading signals, investment recommendations, or financial advice of any kind.
No financial advice
MyTradeCalc ID is not a licensed financial services provider, investment adviser, stockbroker, or financial institution. We are not registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (OJK) of Indonesia in any advisory capacity.
Nothing on this Site should be construed as:
- A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
- A solicitation to open a trading account
- Investment, tax, legal or financial advice of any nature
- A guarantee of any calculation result being suitable for actual trading decisions

Calculator accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure our calculators produce accurate results. However, exchange rates displayed are ECB reference rates and may differ from rates available from brokers or banks at any given moment. Calculation results are indicative only and must not be used to execute actual trades.
MyTradeCalc ID makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any calculation output. Errors may occur as a result of rate lag, network failures, browser compatibility issues or input errors by the user.
Risk warning
Trading forex and CFDs involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The majority of retail forex traders lose money. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Ensure you fully understand the risks before trading.

Acceptable use
You may use MyTradeCalc ID for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, copy or redistribute calculator outputs at scale without permission
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or impair its operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site's infrastructure
- Use automated tools to query the Site at rates that interfere with normal operation
- Reproduce or represent our editorial content as your own

All content on this Site — including text, calculator logic, design elements and editorial assessments — is the property of MyTradeCalc ID or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Exchange rate data is sourced from the ECB and provided under their open data terms.

Limitation of liability

Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts.
